1. Will my brass turn or rust? Solid brass will not rust. Plated brass will rust. All of our items
are listed as either solid or plated. All brass will tarnish over time
if not protected. All of our registers have a clear lacquer finish.
2. What is our shipping charge? Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated according to the schedule below:

3. How soon will my order ship? All orders received by 4:00 EST will ship that same day via ground UPS. Order placed after 4:00 EST weekdays and on Sat. or Sun. will ship the following business day.
4. What is your return/satisfaction guarantee policy? We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every order! We have been in business since 1959 and would love to prove our commitment to you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, just send it back and get a refund.

6. How should I clean my brass registers? Use a dry or slightly damp (water only) cloth and wipe gently. Be sure to dry the grille immediately. Do not use brass cleaner. If you do you will have to reapply a clear lacquer finish.
